Cambricon reported its first full-year profit since listing, posting 2025 net profit of about RMB 2 billion, and proposed a maiden dividend of RMB 15 per ten shares totaling over RMB 632 million. Including a RMB 20 million share buyback, the RMB 652 million payout represents nearly one-third of its annual earnings, pending shareholder approval.

Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park Development reported 2025 revenue of RMB 4.19 billion, up 111.22% YoY, while net profit attributable to shareholders rose 0.3% to RMB 985 million. Basic earnings per share declined 3.17% YoY to RMB 0.61, according to its annual results.

Futu Holdings reported Q4 revenue of HKD 6.44 billion, up 45.3% YoY, with non-GAAP net profit rising 77% to HKD 3.46 billion. For 2025, revenue increased 68.1% to HKD 22.85 billion, while non-GAAP net profit surged 101.9% to HKD 11.65 billion.

Youzan reported 2025 revenue of RMB 1.49 billion, up 3% YoY, with merchant solutions revenue rising 9% to RMB 710 million and subscription solutions revenue at RMB 770 million. Annual merchant ARPU increased 9% to RMB 28,159. GMV generated through its platform totaled RMB 103 billion, more than half of which (RMB 53.7 billion) came from its store SaaS business.

Hong Kong will craft its first five-year economic plan for 2026–2030 to align with China’s 15th five-year plan, Chief Executive John Lee said, with a draft due by year's end. The blueprint aims to cement the city’s role as an international finance hub and deepen integration with the mainland, including fundraising support for technology and industrial development.

Thailand’s secondhand car market shrank 22% from 2023 to 317,000 vehicles in 2025, as 1,009 dealerships closed or went bankrupt between 2023–2025, according to Krungthai Bank. High household debt and tighter auto lending curbed demand, while rising repossessions and low-priced Chinese <a href="/industry/ev">EVs</a> increased supply and pressured prices.

AMI Labs, founded by former Meta chief AI scientist Yann LeCun, has raised USD 1.03 billion in a seed round valuing it at USD 3.5 billion. Backers include Temasek, <a href="/company/sea-group">Sea</a>, Cathay Innovation, Bezos Expeditions, <a href="/company/nvidia">Nvidia</a>, and Mark Cuban. The startup is developing vision-based “world models” designed to build safer, more controllable <a href="/industry/ai">AI</a> systems that predict real-world dynamics.

Cainiao said it will build a large network of robotic warehouses in Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Spain, France, Germany, and the US by 2026 to support local fulfillment for cross-border <a href="/industry/e-commerce">e-commerce</a> platforms and merchants. The sites will use its self-developed warehouse robots and <a href="/industry/ai">AI</a> scheduling systems, as it seeks to expand next- and two-day delivery coverage.

Yu Bowen, former post-training lead for Qwen at <a href="/company/alibaba">Alibaba’s</a> Tongyi Lab, has reportedly joined <a href="/company/bytedance">ByteDance</a> to oversee post-training for visual models and multimodal interaction on its Seed team. The move marks his first confirmed role since leaving Alibaba in early March. ByteDance had not responded to inquiries as of press time.

Laopu Gold expects 2025 net profit to rise 226–233% YoY to RMB 4.8–4.9 billion, with revenue projected at RMB 27–28 billion, up 217–229%. Tax-inclusive sales are forecast at RMB 31–32 billion, more than tripling from 2024.
